By completing our Vendor Registration Form, your company (or freelance practice) gains free access to exclusive project opportunities, tender invitations, contract negotiations, purchase orders, and invoice management.

The Registration Process

Getting started takes just three simple stages:

1.   Registration

• Review and accept Al Thuriah’s Vendor Terms & Conditions
• Provide your company’s basic information and click Submit

2.   Qualification

• Log in to the Vendor Portal to upload any additional documents required for your vendor type (see Required Documents below)
• Complete the online questionnaire to help us match your capabilities to our upcoming projects

3.   Activation

• Our Vendor Relations team will review your submission
• You’ll receive an email notification once your account is approved—or, if necessary, any follow-up requests for clarification

Note: Al Thuriah reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its discretion, without incurring liability.

Who Can Register?

We welcome registrations from:

• Domestic Vendors: UAE-based companies (excluding free-zone entities) providing goods or services locally
• Free Zone Vendors: Companies registered in any UAE free-zone
• International Vendors: Companies headquartered outside the UAE
• Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs): Members of the UAE Ministry of Economy’s National SME Programme
• Freelancers: Individuals holding a UAE-issued Freelancer Licence
• Family Enterprises (SANAA): Emirati families or persons of determination offering high-quality art, craft, or specialty products

Required Documents

Domestic & Free Zone Vendors

• Valid Trade Licence
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Passport copy of the shareholder or owner listed on the trade licence

International Vendors

• Valid Trade Licence / Business Registration
• Tax Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Passport copy of the shareholder or owner

SMEs

• Trade Licence
• Copy of SME Membership Certificate

Freelancers

• UAE-issued Freelancer Licence
• Owner’s Passport copy

Family Enterprises (SANAA)

• SANAA Membership Card
